Digital Products
 

• Digital downloads and audio poems will be available immediately after purchase

• Access links will be sent to your registered email address

• Downloads are limited to 3 attempts per purchase for security
   

Physical Products

• Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days

• UK shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery (3-5 business days)

  • Express Delivery (1-2 business days)

• International shipping is available to select countries

• Tracking information will be provided via email when available
   

Returns

• Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded

• Physical products may be returned within 14 days of receipt

• Items must be unused and in original packaging

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
